Crooked liars. They issue fake Instant Offer emails through KBB and Cars.com but then the car dealership two-step begins! I drove 27 miles each direction for the classic dealer bait and switch. Offer was $36,000 and I confirmed it before driving to Benton. The vultures took the offer but returned to say they "needed more profit" and refused to honor the offer. They returned with a $29,000 offer but would reconsider IF I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM. Run from these crooked SOBs.

Great company, if you wanna get screwed over. I bought a 2019 fiat 500 that they said was in good condition. two days later, the check engine light started flashing. they said they would fix the car, but turns out they said the light “never came back on” so they sent the car back. then a few days later, the check engine light is flashing. i was hung up on after i called them. when i finally got it to them to get it fixed, they’re still charging me to fix it. i’ve had this car for 3-4 months. i will never buy from them again.

He had the exact vehicle ready for me to look at after one conversation with my son. And he was able to show alternatives when we questioned certain features. A great experience. And I’m a very happy 2025 Rogue Platinum AWD driver! The technology package is exactly what I wanted...so many safety features and the Assist program makes it so easy to figure out. I have had two followup calls already..one from the NissanConnect lady Kat and from John Satterfield checking up on me. Also the finance Manager, Chris Peaks, was very personable and answered all the questions. The process was seamless.

I wasn't expecting to get anywhere with a new vehicle purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised, and very happy with my purchase. To bad the wife won't let me drive it😂.

The only reason I am giving them a 2 star, and not a 1 star, is because of the salesman. The other members of the "team" bombard you with upsells. I don't have perfect credit, now it's even worse. I had 12 hard hits on my credit report because of buying from these people. Some of those hits were the same possible lenders multiple times. One gave me 3 hard hits on my credit report. When they ask you what you are looking for (in a possible monthly payment) they go over just a little. Then the upsell bombardment commences. The money they offer for your vehicle is NOT top dollar. My vehicle had no oroblems with the motor, yet they undercut claiming there was a problem. The 10 year old car i traded in gor better gas mileage and better performance than the car i traded in for. They claimed i would get better than the old car. The buying experience makes me never want to return there. Go anywhere else, ANY where else before shopping at McClarty.
